Fitness By Design is a team of highly experienced personal trainers who achieve
results by motivating their clients in a social and fun environment. To make a long
term change to fitness, weight, health and other personal goals, we believe workouts
should be enjoyable rather than something to dread.
Based in London and established in 2000, we deliver a range of bespoke fitness programmes,
incorporating functional training using weights, cardio, boxing, kettle bells and
pilates. We will travel to you, or you can train at our location in St John’s
Wood or Totteridge & Whetstone. We price ourselves affordably because we want
long-term relationships with our clients, that we can develop and change to keep
motivation and results high, whilst adjusting to different life phases and personal
requirements.
Training with Fitness By Design is about having someone guiding you through your
entire programme of health and fitness development, which includes your training
inside and outside of the gym, your food plan, your lifestyle and helping you stay
motivated.
