Fitness By Design offers non-military boot camps for groups of men and women of all ages, shapes, sizes and fitness levels with highly qualified trainers, who will get the very best out of you. We do not adopt the military weight loss boot camp approach as we believe this only achieves short term results. Our aim is to motivate and inspire you back into exercise and healthy eating for the long term.
The camp is a very cost effective 1-hour training session outdoors. With exercise based around challenges and games as well as placing an emphasis on FUN and working together, you will wonder why you never tried this before!
