- Members paying by Direct Debit can carry missed sessions over into the next month only in addition to existing classes and provided that payments continue. You cannot stop start your Direct Debit to make up sessions. You can suspend your Direct Debit in the event of periods of absence of a month or more. Direct Debits are normally taken on the date you joined of each month.
- Members joining as part of the 'No Joining Fee' Direct Debit Special Offer must remain members for a minimum of 3 full calendar months. The earliest point at which you may cancel is the end of the calendar month following your three month anniversary with us, eg. if you join on 15th May the earliest you could cancel would be the 31st August. Fitness By Design will continue to collect payments until we are notified either in writing or by email to info@fitnessbydesign.co.uk that a member wishes to cancel their membership.
- A minimum of 5 working days notice before month end must be given. You will receive email acknowledgement of your cancellation; this is your evidence of cancellation and should be retained. Please note that if you do not receive confirmation, your email has not been received by us. Members who cancel their Direct Debit before 3 full calendar months are liable to pay the joining fee.
- Members who opt to cancel their Direct Debit membership in favour of sessions block membership may do so without incurring the session's only joining fee providing they have been a Direct Debit member for 6 months and pay for a block of sessions in advance.
- New Members paying for blocks of sessions must pay the joining fee. The joining fee is a one off payment that does not need to be repaid after any break in membership.
- Refund - There is no refund. Membership may be postponed in the event of injury as long as we are made aware at the time of the injury and not at a later date.
- It is your responsibility to ensure that you are in good health and do not suffer from any condition(s) or physical impairment(s) which could prevent you from completing the boot camp sessions safely. You must notify your instructor prior to commencing any boot camp session of any such condition(s) or physical impairment(s) which could prevent your safe participation in the boot camp exercise programme and seek medical advice in respect of the same.
- You will be required to complete a health & safety questionnaire and disclaimer form prior to commencing any boot camp and must hand this, completed, to your instructor prior to commencing any boot camp sessions. No amendments by you to the form of disclaimer will be accepted.
