What's the Format?  

Our classes take place outdoors and each class lasts for an hour either in the morning or in the evening.

Fitness By Design outdoor boot camp programme has been designed to create a healthy balance between exercise and nutrition – a plan for life. This style of programme optimises weight loss and increases fitness levels dramatically.

As well as the physical programme, nutritional advice and support is also provided containing healthy eating plans and recipes.

What if I'm not Physically fit?
Fitness By Design boot camp classes are for EVERYBODY. Our experienced trainers cater for all ages and abilities - no one is left behind.

You do not need to be in shape to join. Our classes are for men and women of all shapes and sizes and fitness levels. Everyone is encouraged. Our trainers are at hand to provide plenty of motivation, hard work, advice on technique and lots of fun.

Also, you’ll meet great people who have the same beliefs and passion for achieving a healthier body and mind.
